The Crazy Gang of Jazz! Formed in 1983 from ex-members of The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, The Temperence Seven and Bob Kerr's Whoopee Band, with the prime aim of having fun with music. Playing anything and everything from banjo to saxophone, musical saw to teapot, in any style of music that can be sent-up, re-invented or even (on occasion) played seriously. Their performances combine the exuberance of Spike Jones with the nostalgia of the 1930's showbands, whilst majoring on creative musical mayhem!
